Recipe development and food styling by Sophie Merkens.
Sometimes I don my recipe developer and food styling hat, in much more commercial settings. These creative collaborations are predominately produced in studio, with a team of talented folk, for commercial clients and content agencies.
This work has been published in Kia Ora magazine, the New Zealand Herald, Viva, New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, the Australian Women’s Weekly, as well as across numerous online campaigns (including 5+ A Day, Lee Kum Kee Australia and Fresh Media).
